Admission Procedure

To start the admission procedure, please click the "Enroll Now" button at the bottom of the this paragraph to submit your application.
Please attach the following documents:
• CV (Up to date) • A copy of your diplomas
• A copy of your Passport and/or national ID card
• Portrait picture of you
• A Motivation Letter
• Any other document might help in increasing the chances of making a positive decision while examining your application.

Application Status
Once we receive your application, one of our admissions team members will conduct the initial review. During this time, the non-refundable application fee must be paid. If your application is complete, it will be forwarded to the Deanship of Admissions for final decision. If your application is incomplete, we will notify you and request that you complete the missing documents. This process takes two to five working days if the applicant is cooperative.
The Deanship of Admissions will make a decision on your application within five working days of receiving all of the required documents. If your application is not accepted, you will be notified in writing. You may appeal the decision of the Deanship of Admissions..
Please note that applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Applications submitted with the application fee paid in advance or immediately after submission will be given priority over applications submitted with the application fee paid later.

Secure Your Admission
As mentioned previously, after completing your documents, you will be asked to pay the binding and non-refundable admission fee (one-time) in order to forward your application to the deanship of admission.

Registration
Once we receive your application and the non-refundable application fee, we will inform you about the admission decision. If your application is accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter issued by the institute, with a request to make the payment of the registration fee of CHF 500. This fee is a part of the total tuition fee.
The registration fee is used to cover the cost of processing your application, reserving your spot in the program, and preparing your access to our online resources.
The deadline to pay the registration fee is 5 working days from the releasing date of the letter of acceptance. If the registration fee is not paid by the deadline, your acceptance will be forfeited.
You can pay the registration fee online, or by wire transfer. The payment instructions will be included in your acceptance letter.

Enrollment Fees
The Enrollment fee which is a part of the total tuition fee must be paid in full before 30 days of the start of classes. If the enrollment fee is not paid within this time frame, your classes will be shifted to the next available intake unless your study method is self-study.
You can pay the registration fee online or by wire transfer. The payment instructions will be included in your acceptance letter.
The beginning of classes can be shifted up to two intakes or 90 days. If the enrollment fee is not paid by the deadline, your acceptance will be forfeited.

Become a Student
We are looking forward to welcoming you at our Institute.
Once we receive your tuition fee, you will officially become a student of our institute. This means that you will now be in touch with the student affairs office, which is the office that handles all matters related to your studies at the institute.
